Fera’s brand is all about helping merchants build trust and connect with customers.

We do this by helping merchants gather and display customer photo, video and text reviews, then we display that content to new shoppers in a way that makes merchant’s trustworthiness shine.

Keep it light-hearted and simple.

Fera is about making things that are otherwise complicated more simple to use.

Keep your technical language to a minimum and take it easy on the formal language. Be personal in your communication.

Avoid using corporate language that might be triggering to people who have had to unhappily wait on the line for a big company’s support for a long time such as “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”.

Logos

Company Logo

This is our main logo. It is usually the one you want to use.

In rare cases, you may need to use these variants:

For company profile banners that you want to stand out uniquely.

For Dark Mode displays and on dark backgrounds.

Alternative Horizontal Logos

If you need to put the logo within a square, use these vertical variants.

For company profile badges that want to include the company name.

For dark company profile badges that want to include the company name.

Vertical Logos

App Icon

This is the main icon design that you should use for any app listings, integrations, etc.

In rare cases you may want to use these variations.

If you need to put the app icon on a white background, you can use this variation.

If your content supports dark mode then you an use the same icon.

Brand Colors

We use the Primary Gradient for primary actions (buttons, links, etc). If you’re unable to display a gradient you can use the Primary Solid color instead.

For secondary actions we use the Primary Gradient in the form of an outline or link.

These are the colors used for neutral elements such as texts, backgrounds, dividers, inputs, etc.

Font

We use Assistant whenever possible. It is a sans serif typeface intended to work well in user interfaces. It's free on Google Fonts.

Alternative Fonts

If Assistant font is unavailable, you can use Proxima Nova or Helvetic. Worst case, fall back on sans-serif.

General Guidelines

Here are some general guidelines to follow when using Fera’s brand assets. If you're ever wondering about something simply ask our team!

It is pronounced “FAIR-AH”, similar to the North American pronunciation of the name “Farah”.
Omit the “ ai” at all times EXCEPT in print media and content that you want to include the URL
General rule: if you can’t link to the website then add .ai at the end of the name instead like fera.ai
Uppercase the f in texts like this: Did you know that Fera is the best reviews app.

How to use the “Fera” name

Don’t use Fera’s brand assets in a way that suggests or implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Fera, unless you're actually a partner.
Don’t use these assets as part of your own product or service's name.
Don’t modify or alter brand assets.
Don’t incorporate the brand assets, or anything confusingly similar, into your trademarks, domain names, logos or similar content.
Don’t use the brand assets in merchandise or other products such as clothing, hats or mugs.
Don’t use trademarks, domain names, logos or other content that imitate or could be confused with Fera.

Using our logos consistently ensures brand recognition and allows for creativity elsewhere.
